1. Definitions

“Tomorrow’s Solutions” or “we”: Hulul Al-Ghad Trading Est., CR 7021295550. “Website”: hululalghad.sa (formerly ts-tc.com) and its pages. “Systems”: TRUST, Egfal, Assets and any system we offer. “Services”: custom solutions, marketing, accounting and advisory.

2. Website content

Website content is general information, not a binding offer. Published TRUST prices include VAT and may change; each subscription follows the price shown at payment. The scope, duration and cost of any service are set by a written proposal or contract.

Illustrative mock-ups on the site use sample data and do not represent real clients or results.

3. Use of the website

• Use the site for lawful purposes only.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorized access or send automated requests.
• Provide accurate information and do not submit others’ data without permission.

4. Systems and subscriptions

TRUST subscriptions follow the in-system subscription terms: paid online in advance via Moyasar, activated after server-side payment verification, with a tax invoice for each payment. When a subscription ends, data remains viewable until renewal.

Egfal, Assets and the Enterprise plan are offered through a written proposal after a trial and scoping.

5. Refunds

Satisfaction guarantee: you may refund your company’s first paid TRUST subscription in full from inside the system within 14 days of payment (monthly) or 30 days (annual), once per account, together with add-ons paid in the same period. After that, you may request a refund by contacting us; each case is reviewed under the subscription terms and applicable law. A refund issues a credit note and revokes the related subscription period.

6. Intellectual property

Marks, logo, content and systems belong to Tomorrow’s Solutions or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission. Your data inside our systems remains yours.

7. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care over content accuracy and availability without guaranteeing uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect damages from using website content; liability for services follows their contractual terms.

8. External links

The site may link to other sites (such as ZATCA’s directory); we are not responsible for their content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Saudi courts have jurisdiction.
