We collect the minimum, and protect what we collect

1. Controller

Hulul Al-Ghad Trading Est. (CR 7021295550, VAT 302147063200003), Al Qurayyat, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for data sent through this website. Privacy requests: info@hululalghad.sa or 920012635.

This policy covers hululalghad.sa (formerly ts-tc.com) and its forms. The TRUST system has its own privacy policy at trust.hululalghad.sa/privacy.html.

2. Data you provide

When you send the contact form: name, mobile number, and email, business name and city if entered, the service you are interested in, timeline and your message. Please do not enter sensitive health or financial data or passwords.

3. Technical data

The server temporarily records what is needed to run and protect the site, such as network address, browser type, time and page. We use the network address in a one-way hashed form to limit repeated and automated requests.

We count page visits and clicks on the subscribe, WhatsApp and call buttons as totals only (page, visit source such as an ad or search, and business type) — no cookies, no network address and no identifier for you — to learn which pages help visitors. The visit source is kept in your browser for this session only and attached to the subscribe link if you click it.

The site currently uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers. If we add any, we will describe them here and ask for consent where required.

4. Why we use your data

• To reply to your request, diagnose your need and take pre-contract steps at your request.
• To prepare a proposal, appointment or trial for the service you chose.
• To protect the site and prevent abuse and automated requests.
• To meet legal obligations.

5. Limits of contact

By sending the form with consent, you allow us to contact you about that request only. We do not sell your data or add you to marketing without separate consent you can withdraw anytime.

6. Who processes data

Only providers working for us, to the extent needed: hosting (Hostinger), database and server functions (Supabase), and email. No party may use your data for its own purposes; we may disclose specific data when the law requires.

7. Processing outside the Kingdom

Some technical services may run from data centers outside Saudi Arabia (such as Singapore). We limit transferred data to what is necessary and review safeguards and requirements under the Personal Data Protection Law.

8. Retention

We keep contact requests while following them up, then for no more than two years unless they become a contract or the law requires longer; then they are deleted or anonymized.

9. Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may be informed of processing, access your data, request correction or destruction, and withdraw consent. Email info@hululalghad.sa; we may ask you to verify your identity. You may also file a complaint with the competent authority.

10. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and server-side access controls, and form data is not stored in the browser. No system is perfectly secure; we will act as the law requires in any incident.

11. Changes

We may update this policy; the date of the latest update appears above. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.
